Responsibilities

Manage renewal aspects of the relationship with a defined set of customers
Retain existing contract revenue within existing buying centers
Support new sales into existing accounts
Develop and drive successful renewals
Liaise with internal teams to ensure client business needs are met
Oversee the overall renewal lifecycle
Ensure customer concerns are addressed correctly and efficiently
Identify opportunities for increased revenue within the set of accounts
Maintain accurate and appropriate client records
Communicate with clients mainly via telephone and email
Lead generation: identify opportunities for increased revenue and work with sales team to follow through
