Responsibilities

  • Support new sales into existing accounts

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure client business needs are met
  • Oversee the overall renewal lifecycle
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed correctly and efficiently
  • Identify opportunities for increased revenue within the set of accounts
  • Maintain accurate and appropriate client records
  • Communicate with clients mainly via telephone and email
