Requirements

Energy/Utilities experience
Deep understanding of how Kraken platform works and how it is delivered
Experience managing a tech domain (e.g., billing, finance, comms) for client projects, including migrations or long-term technology requirements
Ability to work in partnership with Kraken's technology/operational teams and clients
Skill in triaging requests, refining solutions, and leveraging existing/new capabilities
Ability to bring technology, people, and processes together for innovation
Comfort supporting clients in adapting to Kraken’s development style (continuous iteration and deployment)
Experience working closely with product managers and developers to request and link development needs
European-based with willingness to travel
Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, ever-changing environments, and flexing beyond typical job role
Open-minded, hands-on individual contributor in a flat, agile organization

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with client counterparts (e.g., product owners, business owners)
Serve as first point of contact for tech development and escalation/resolution for specific domain/product issues
Act as knowledge base for how Kraken works and is delivered
Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally
Summarize and articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines to enable Kraken platform development
Support engineering team in delivering product features
Challenge clients to think differently about tech development, promoting continuous iteration and deployment
