Responsibilities

Assist the instructor in delivering lessons by supporting learners during class activities
Provide one-on-one and small group support to learners, focusing on speaking, listening, and vocabulary development
Help learners practice oral communication skills through structured and informal interactions
Support learners in understanding and completing assessment preparation materials
Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to the instructor
Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment for adult learners from diverse backgrounds
Assist with classroom setup, materials distribution, and other logistical tasks as needed
Other duties as assigned
