Responsibilities

  • Complete four rotations of six months each across Data & Analytics / Machine Learning, Shop Floor Systems, ERPs & Core Systems, and Commercial Systems & Customer Experience
  • Develop dashboards, models, and predictive insights using cloud-based tools (Data & Analytics rotation)
  • Work with MES, IoT, and automation technologies to support manufacturing digitization (Shop Floor Systems rotation)
  • Support enterprise platforms like SAP, HRIS, and finance systems through configuration and process mapping (ERPs & Core Systems rotation)
  • Contribute to CRM, digital commerce, and customer analytics initiatives (Commercial Systems rotation)
  • Collaborate with IT leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Ensure robust planning across systems, geographies, and functional teams
  • Influence local and global teams to improve digital processes and adoption
  • Develop working relationships with internal customers and IT product teams
  • Participate in mentorship, executive roundtables, skill-building workshops, networking events, and a final capstone project
