Recent college graduates or final semester students with no more than one year of professional experience since completing bachelor’s degree
Fields of study: Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related technical fields
Passion for technology, systems, and turning data into action
Proven leadership experience (campus, community, or project-based)
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to relocate within LATAM for rotations

Responsibilities

Complete four rotations of six months each across Data & Analytics / Machine Learning, Shop Floor Systems, ERPs & Core Systems, and Commercial Systems & Customer Experience
Develop dashboards, models, and predictive insights using cloud-based tools (Data & Analytics rotation)
Work with MES, IoT, and automation technologies to support manufacturing digitization (Shop Floor Systems rotation)
Support enterprise platforms like SAP, HRIS, and finance systems through configuration and process mapping (ERPs & Core Systems rotation)
Contribute to CRM, digital commerce, and customer analytics initiatives (Commercial Systems rotation)
Collaborate with IT leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and customer experience
Ensure robust planning across systems, geographies, and functional teams
Influence local and global teams to improve digital processes and adoption
Develop working relationships with internal customers and IT product teams
Participate in mentorship, executive roundtables, skill-building workshops, networking events, and a final capstone project
