Responsibilities

  • End responsible for results of Droppie locations in the Den Haag region
  • Benchmarking of collection locations: monitor and compare locations based on KPIs to improve store processes and customer experience
  • Map and onboard relevant communities around Droppie’s collection points to increase engagement
  • Maintain relationships with the municipality of Den Haag and other stakeholders in the ecosystem
  • Organize events and local projects to increase Droppie’s visibility and sustainability impact in the city, in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Lead teams: manage and coach store managers and container hosts, and support them in operational and community-oriented tasks
  • Organize places and guidance for colleagues with supervision needs within the region
  • Coach and support store managers and assistant store managers in working with colleagues who have extra supervision needs
  • Strategic and operational management of all Droppie collection points in the region
  • Coordinate logistical processing of recyclable materials
