Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the CM&GO to elevate marketing operations and performance through budget, workforce, and strategic operations plans
  • Develop strategy and planning cycles, delegating viewpoints to assist marketing leadership and product marketing teams
  • Create and manage MBR, QBR, and Semi-Annual Business Reviews with operations, product, marketing, and business development teams
  • Manage Go-to-Market tracking and reporting for key initiatives and solution launches worldwide in collaboration with integrated and product marketing teams
  • Act as trusted counsel to senior marketing leaders and company stakeholders (product, business development, finance, operations), providing analysis and representing marketing leadership in meetings
  • Manage dashboard reporting and tracking of progress and performance across marketing functions (experiential, integrated/digital/social/acquisition, product, regional, design, public relations)
  • Facilitate cross-divisional collaboration
