The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of marketing strategy and operations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with executive leadership and a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Familiarity with ERP systems and private capital markets is a plus.
As the Chief of Staff, you will act as a conduit for the marketing leadership team, own CMO internal communications, conduct research and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making, serve as a key resource and thought partner to the CMO, and facilitate clear communication between C-level executives and stakeholders. You will also prepare materials for executive meetings, lead special projects and initiatives, and ensure the organization is exceeding targets and on track for key initiatives, including developing presentations for CMO speaking engagements and building relationships with CoS peers across the Carta executive team.
