Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years as an expert in talent development
  • Certification and/or proven practice in coaching leaders (managers, directors), and experience in supporting succession plans
  • Desired: Experience in managing cross-functional Talent Management initiatives (performance management, Talent Management projects) and prior experience as a team leader or functional leader
  • Fluent in French and English (minimum C1 level) with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Workday tool desirable
  • Experience in facilitating/animating diverse working groups to co-create creative, inclusive, and pragmatic solutions
  • Analytical mindset, positive energy, ability to combine operational excellence and priority management in a multicultural, fluctuating, and complex environment

Responsibilities

  • Promote and implement ITM solutions and activities with HRBP and internal clients in a pedagogical, flexible, and proactive manner, strengthening stakeholder autonomy and supporting sustainable changes in practices/behaviors
  • As a facilitator, develop, lead, and animate individual and/or collective talent development actions within strategies, in partnership with HRBP and Training teams
  • As a coach, support key talents (Managers, Senior Managers, Executives) using dedicated tools (ITM matrices, integration, development, and employee evaluation tools)
  • Co-construct solutions to strengthen performance and career culture, optimize practices, tools, and resources for leader and employee development
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to strengthen the talent management ecosystem (HRBP, HR COEs: Training, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment/Internal Mobility, Employer Brand, Total Compensation; Disney Talent centers of expertise; internal clients)
  • Develop integrated communication plans with Internal Communication, Employer Brand, Training, and HR Communication teams to promote and support ITM programs
  • Ensure feedback on initiatives, impact analyses of deployed actions across the enterprise, with a continuous improvement approach ("test & learn")
