Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in GMS client management, ideally in large distribution (GMS), hypermarkets, and supermarkets
  • Knowledge of the DPH sector is appreciated
  • Expertise in negotiated plans, layouts, and promotions
  • Ability to analyze key indicators and provide strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Regular reporting and competitive intelligence skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage a client portfolio of GMS chains, hypers, and supers (85 stores)
  • Develop sector turnover
  • Ensure optimal presence and visibility of Haleon products by achieving DN and PDL objectives for Sensodyne, Parodontax, Aquafresh, Polident, and Prorhinel brands
  • Implement negotiated client plans (layouts, promotional highlighting, anti-out-of-stock measures)
  • Pilot achievement of sector objectives according to business priorities, targeting and planning actions
  • Analyze key indicators of categories and brands to provide recommendations in client interactions
  • Sell and perfectly execute the commercial policy
  • Ensure regular reporting of sector activity and competitive intelligence
  • Act as company ambassador with clients
