Experience in team management, including managing full-time and contract employees, building teams, and conducting performance reviews, feedback, and employee development processes
Expert knowledge in systems analysis, including establishing work standards for systems analysts, ensuring quality and consistency of solutions, and implementing best practices
Skills in motivating and managing talents, including monitoring employee retention, planning absences, and supporting team motivation and engagement
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, such as business, Tribe Leader, IT Area Leader, Agile Coach, Product Owner
Experience in employee competency development, including creating development paths, enhancing soft and analytical skills, and supporting professional growth
