Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership, sales, marketing, or business development, with a preference for experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development. Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills are required, with the ability to write and speak Vietnamese or Mandarin preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel and PowerPoint are necessary. Experience in tech or a high-growth startup is preferred, along with existing relationships with accountants and corporate secretaries in Singapore, Southeast Asia, and/or South Asia, or prior experience as an accountant. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is also required.

Responsibilities

The Channel Partnership Manager will identify, engage, acquire, and activate accountants and corporate secretaries as channel partners. They will onboard these partners and educate them on the Airwallex product suite, empowering them to promote the product. The manager will cultivate strong relationships with key partner stakeholders to drive mutual growth. They will develop and execute innovative initiatives and campaigns to increase partner engagement, generate client referrals, and achieve scalable growth. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners and their referrals receive exceptional support and a frictionless experience.
