Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 5+ years of proven channel management experience and a strong track record of achieving quota. Extensive experience in growing top Distribution Managed Partners through Distributors is preferred. Demonstrated experience in collaborating with diverse teams to coordinate marketing activities and optimize investment returns from partners is also required.

Responsibilities

The Channel Development Manager will be responsible for managing and enabling Channel Partners within the Cohesity Partner Ecosystem, building and handling account and partner plans, strategically growing the pipeline, and effectively managing the conversion process. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and developing new Partners, forecasting partner pipeline conversion, developing and leading a sales strategy, enabling Partner sales and technical teams, tracking partner performance, and coordinating marketing activities to drive bookings and achieve growth targets. The manager will also focus on developing selling and services opportunities with partners, penetrating new divisions within assigned accounts, and ensuring a perfect customer experience.
