Requirements

Candidates must be fully fluent in Japanese and English, possess at least 4 years of experience in channel sales, demonstrate a strong understanding of the educational technology industry and LMS marketplace, and have an intermediate understanding of company financial measures. They should also be self-motivated, competitive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively, along with experience using Microsoft Office Tools and Google Apps, and create presentations and materials.

Responsibilities

The Channel Account Manager will align with channel partners to achieve quota attainment, provide accurate sales forecasts, manage partner opportunities, assist partners in closing deals, train partners on product and sales techniques, coordinate partner access to resources, disseminate communications, and drive product promotions. They will also attend events, maintain partner relationships, support the development of sales collateral, and manage tasks to meet project deadlines, while independently supporting cross-functional work.
