Responsibilities

Support the CEO and Senior Alaners on top business priorities, including unlocking new growth, driving alignment on strategy, building new processes internally and externally, and building new products
Work on diverse strategic projects across multiple facets of the business
Contribute to the strategic vision of the company, including market analysis, competition analysis, identifying strategic business opportunities, performing business analyses, and growth modelling
Contribute to the product vision by identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities, supporting continuous improvement of Alan’s core offering, conducting user research, and assisting in design & prototyping
Support growth initiatives, such as coordinating RFPs for big prospects, supporting marketing initiatives, and partnerships
Handle corporate & governance tasks, including supporting the constitution of board packs, public affairs work, legal research, fundraisings, and key Alaners meetings
Develop the corporate presence at major events (brand & communication)
