Responsibilities

  • Act as an HR Business Partner for the employees and managers in your production area and facilitate the dynamics of the site through your HR support
  • Collaborate with managers and teams to implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, analyze and challenge business approaches that can have HR impacts, draw attention to foreseeable developments and risks
  • Manage processes related to the employee lifecycle: recruitment, development and onboarding, internal mobility, exits, disciplinary actions
  • Provide HR support in the management of employer relations, training, performance evaluations in a logic of employability and response to organizational changes
  • Design, prepare, structure and/or support change processes and foster a constructive work culture
  • Manage projects in his/her field of activity
  • By delegation, represent the Management internally or externally
