Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Marktexpertise einbringen, um ein kühnes eBay Live GMV-Ziel zu erreichen
  • Kriterien für die Auswahl von Verkäuferinnen definieren, datengetriebene Analysen und Prognosen erstellen, um Verkäuferinnen mit dem höchsten Potenzial zu identifizieren und ihr Wachstum nachhaltig zu skalieren
  • Positive Beziehungen zu strategischen Verkäuferinnen entwickeln, um die Programmgestaltung auszubauen und neue Verkäuferinnen für die Plattform zu gewinnen
  • Verkäufer*innen durch den Onboarding-Prozess begleiten und helfen, Probleme zu identifizieren sowie Prozesse, Tools und Workarounds zu entwickeln
  • Erfolgsfaktoren auf der eBay-Live-Plattform verstehen und das Portfolio an Verkäufer*innen betreuen (Sortiment, Live-Host, Produktion, Verkaufsformate, Marketing usw.)
  • Sich bei funktionsübergreifenden Teams für Verkäufer*innen einsetzen, Lösungen für Probleme entwickeln, neue Programme initiieren, Interessen vertreten und eigenständig Initiative ergreifen
  • Zur Gestaltung der zukünftigen Struktur des deutschen Live-Kategorieteams beitragen
  • Eng mit den Kernkategorien Collectibles und Fashion sowie den Marketingteams zusammenarbeiten, um den Erfolg voranzutreiben
