Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience, or a High School diploma with 10 years of experience, an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience, or a Master's degree. Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English is required, along with 2 years of proven sales experience.

Responsibilities

The Surgical Field Sales Associate will achieve sales targets by promoting and selling Alcon's surgical ophthalmic products in an assigned territory. This includes building strong customer relationships, addressing customer needs, conducting product demonstrations, developing relationships with key opinion leaders, implementing sales plans, conducting competitive market analysis, and providing timely reports. The role involves spending significant time in the OR working with surgeons and selling Alcon's Cataract portfolio, including IOLs, surgical packs, and phaco equipment. Additionally, the associate will act as a local team lead, maintain an excellent company image, and ensure administrative duties are carried out efficiently.
