Cataract Refractive Manager

Alcon is seeking a Cataract Refractive Manager to promote, grow, and support Alcon’s cataract refractive products. This includes advanced technology lens implants, patient pay, and non-covered services, diagnostic equipment, and surgical equipment. The role involves building relationships with various healthcare professionals and driving sales of Alcon’s product portfolio.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 years; Assoc. +6 years; M.S.)
• Experience: 2 Years of Validated Experience
• Skills:
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Ability to plan and complete equipment demo presentations.
  • Strong business intuition for Alcon discount programs.
  • Ability to perform educational presentations.
  • Consultative value-based sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Growth: Apply marketing tools and resources to establish a concentrated plan for growth in patient-pay segments and practice development.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with Ophthalmologists, tech specialists, administrators, Optometrists, and other stakeholders.
• Product Promotion: Promote and support Alcon’s cataract refractive products, including lens implants, Clinic/OR equipment, and patient education programs.
• Educational Presentations: Conduct educational presentations for clinics and organizations to discuss improving patient outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work together with all other Alcon sales professionals to strengthen the Alcon portfolio.
• Quota Achievement: Achieve assigned sales quota annually.
