Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 years; Assoc.+6 years; M.S.), and the ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
The Cataract Refractive Manager will promote, grow, and support Alcon’s cataract refractive products, including advanced technology lens implants, patient pay, and non-covered services, diagnostic equipment, and surgical equipment in both Clinic and OR settings. They will develop and maintain relationships with various healthcare professionals, apply marketing tools and resources to establish a growth plan for patient-pay segments and practice development, perform educational presentations, work collaboratively with other Alcon sales professionals, and demonstrate an independent and consultative value-based sales approach.
