The Associate Sales Representative will represent Baxter and its products, focusing on supporting and promoting the Surgical Portfolio within an assigned geography to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include engaging with existing customers for incremental purchases and support, formulating and implementing selling strategies, communicating competitive differentiation to customers, and completing customer sales calls and follow-ups to develop business. The role also involves extensive prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
