Ability to offer appropriate membership products such as membership renewal, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption

Process Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payments using a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Provide excellent member service in an efficient and productive manner
Check Members out in a timely and efficient manner
Fill shopping carts when necessary and assist Members
Maintain the overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and ensure a safe and positive environment
Support flawless execution of club standards, including Grand Opening Look (GOL), stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining visible accurate signage, and keeping areas clean and organized inside and out
Carry out job functions as assigned and escalate concerns as appropriate
