Offer appropriate membership products such as renewals, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Fill shopping carts when necessary and assist members
Maintain the overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Address member concerns, escalate as appropriate, and resolve/deescalate issues
Deliver service excellence through all points of contact and ensure a safe, positive environment
Work as a team to achieve goals, deliver GOLD club standards daily, and maintain Grand Opening Look (GOL)
Ensure all items are stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, and areas clean and organized inside and out
