Availability to work Saturday through Tuesday between the hours of 1pm and 10pm
Ability to process member purchases courteously, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Ability to scan merchandise and accept various forms of payment
Ability to provide excellent member service efficiently and productively
Ability to maintain cleanliness of the front-line department
Clear understanding of all BJ’s Membership options, including renewals and upgrades to Loyalty programs

Understanding of club policies, procedures, compliance, and how to access production/financial performance reporting

Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Scan all club merchandise through a point-of-sale system for accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Provide high level of customer service, checking members out timely and efficiently
Offer appropriate membership products such as renewals, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, ensure safe and positive environment
Support club policies, procedures, and compliance; escalate concerns as appropriate
Achieve GOLD club standards daily: Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; Grand opening look; stock items and execute promotional plans; maintain accurate signage; keep clean and organized
Carry out job functions as assigned and work collaboratively to achieve goals
