Clear understanding of all BJ’s Membership options, including the importance of renewals and upgrading to BJ’s Loyalty programs
Ability to process member purchases courteously and friendly, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Ability to scan merchandise through a point-of-sale system for accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Ability to provide high level of customer service, check members out timely and efficiently, fill shopping carts when necessary, and assist members
Maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies, procedures, and compliance
