Availability Thursday through Sunday between 8am and 4pm
Clear understanding of all BJ’s Membership options, including renewals, upgrades, EASY renewal, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption

Responsibilities
Process Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payments
Provide excellent member service in an efficient and productive manner
Maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Offer all appropriate membership products such as renewals, EASY renewal, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Check Members out in a timely and efficient manner
Scan all club merchandise through a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Deliver service excellence through all points of contact
Resolve and deescalate member concerns
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and ensuring cleanliness inside and out
