Requirements
- Availability any weekday between 1pm and 9pm and open weekends
- Clear understanding of all BJ’s Membership options, including renewals, upgrades, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
- Ability to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
- Support application of club policies, procedures, and compliance

- Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA)
- Commitment to GOLD Club Standards: Grand opening look daily, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized inside and out
- Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
Responsibilities
- Process Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
- Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payments
- Provide excellent member service in an efficient and productive manner
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department
- Offer all appropriate membership products such as membership renewal, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
- Provide a high level of customer service to Members
- Check Members out in a timely and efficient manner
- Scan all club merchandise through a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and accurate purchase totals for Members
- Deliver service excellence through all points of contact
- Resolve and deescalate member concerns
- Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily
