Availability Thursday through Sunday between 10am and 6pm
Clear understanding of all BJ’s Membership options, including renewals, upgrades, EASY renewal, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Ability to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
Support application of club policies, procedures, and compliance

Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payments
Provide excellent member service in an efficient and productive manner
Maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Deliver service excellence through all points of contact
Resolve and deescalate member concerns
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily (Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean)
Execute grand opening look daily, stock all items, execute promotional plans
Maintain visible, accurate signage; keep clean and organized inside and out
Check Members out in a timely and efficient manner
Scan all club merchandise through point-of-sale system for accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
