Ability to process member purchases courteously and friendly, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Ability to scan merchandise through a point-of-sale system for accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Ability to provide excellent member service efficiently and productively
Ability to maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department

Responsibilities
Process member purchases, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products, scanning merchandise, and accepting various forms of payment
Provide high level of customer service, check members out timely and efficiently
Fill shopping carts when necessary and assist members
Offer appropriate membership products such as renewal, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, address and escalate concerns
Ensure safe and positive environment for members and team
Embrace inclusion, diversity, collaborate respectfully, work as a team to achieve goals
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns
