Responsibilities
Process member purchases, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Scan all club merchandise through point-of-sale system for accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Provide high level of customer service and check members out in a timely and efficient manner
Offer appropriate membership products such as renewals, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Fill shopping carts when necessary and assist members
Maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Carry out job functions as assigned and support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ensure safe and positive environment for members and team
Deliver service excellence, resolve and de-escalate member concerns
Work as a team to achieve goals and deliver GOLD club standards daily
Understand and access production/financial performance reporting for the department
