Minimum Associate Degree
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a cashier (Logistics/FMCG company experience preferred, at least 1 year)
Fluent in Arabic and English
Proficient in MS Excel and experience working in an ERP environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Experience working as a Cashier in KSA

Responsibilities

Handle all cash collections from Delivery Driver/Courier and manage petty cash processes according to established procedures
Prepare daily cash summary reports and submit them to the Depot Accountant
Count cash in the locker at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy and reconciliation with daily collection reports and QAD GL balance
Prepare bank deposits based on daily collections and deposit them to the bank daily
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Report discrepancies found within the accounts to superiors
Make daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports
