Clear understanding of all BJ’s Membership options, including the importance of renewals, upgrading to BJ’s Loyalty programs
Ability to process Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading and offering membership products
Ability to scan merchandise through a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and purchase totals

Processes Member purchases, including verifying, renewing, upgrading and offering several types of membership products, scanning merchandise, and accepting various forms of payments
Offers all appropriate membership products such as membership renewal, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs and Rewards redemption
Provides a high level of customer service to Members and checks Members out in a timely and efficient manner
Scans all club merchandise through a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and accurate purchase totals for Members
Fills shopping carts when necessary and assists Members
Maintains the overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Delivers service excellence through all points of contact, resolves and deescalates member concerns, ensures a safe and positive environment
Supports flawless execution, holds self accountable, acts with honesty and integrity, leads with the member in mind, escalates concerns as appropriate
Works as a team to achieve goals, deliver GOLD club standards daily, ensures all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized areas
