Clear understanding of all BJ’s Membership options, including the importance of renewals, upgrading to BJ’s Loyalty programs
Ability to offer appropriate membership products such as membership renewal, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Knowledge of how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department

Responsibilities
Process Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Scan merchandise through a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Accept various forms of payments
Provide excellent member service in an efficient and productive manner
Maintain the overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Check Members out in a timely and efficient manner
Fill shopping carts when necessary and assist Members
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members
Support flawless execution, act with honesty and integrity, and escalate concerns as appropriate

Work to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including Grand opening look, stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining visible accurate signage, and keeping areas clean and organized
