Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Capacity Management and Full-Truckload experience, including Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to problem solve, think quickly, and make sound business decisions. Self-motivation and a passion for achieving results are necessary, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment while delivering individual results.

Responsibilities

The Carrier Sales Representative will develop and manage a carrier book of business to align with shipper freight needs and reach or exceed required load coverage, volume, service metrics, and revenue goals. They will establish multi-dimensional relationships with carrier partners to support the growth of CloudTrucks and the CT Exchange network. Additionally, they will develop proactive communication processes for cross-functional collaboration, coach and develop junior members of the CT Exchange Carrier Sales Team, and identify and communicate continuous improvement ideas for process and performance enhancement.
