Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive Flyrcado market share growth, partnering with Hospitals, Imaging Centers, Cardiac Centers, Mobile Imaging, DOD, and VA facilities
  • Identify business and functional relationships within Imaging and Cardiology's key referral sources, model competitive threats, and leverage influence networks & affiliations (e.g., Payers, societies) to achieve sales forecasts and volume targets
  • Conduct regular business analyses of the local market (customers, payers, competition, stakeholders) with Cardiac PET Physician Outreach teammate, and update business plans to achieve access and sales goals
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly Operating Plan for the territory, customer satisfaction, and retention
  • Position Flyrcado as the product of choice using Marketing Assets and Education Programs to create awareness
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Imaging Centers and Cardiologists, helping them navigate the Cardiac PET marketplace and implement Flyrcado
  • Identify top referring Cardiologists, create relationships, and impact decision-making to increase Flyrcado awareness and utilization
  • Prioritize multiple projects, monitor Performance Dashboards, analyze data, and execute actionable sales efforts; assign responsibilities to customers
  • Collaborate with market access support teams to optimize payer contract implementation and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with pharmacy channel partners and GE PDx Application Specialists to meet customer product delivery, education, and expectations
  • Perform pre-call planning and in-call questioning to understand needs, craft solutions, and drive utilization
  • Monitor territory plan performance and collaborate on next action steps with cross-functional internal and external partners
  • Conduct virtual selling and cold calling to new and existing targets; prioritize live meetings where possible
  • Provide pricing strategy, price negotiation, contract management, and ensure pricing compliance
  • Forecast orders and sales for assigned territory and submit weekly progress reports
  • Represent the company at healthcare conferences and seminars to promote GEHC products
  • Understand and drive total business to GE HealthCare’s HCS and National team where appropriate
  • Ensure a compliant, ethical culture and adhere to the highest standards
  • Handle additional projects and initiatives as required
