Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a strong understanding of talent acquisition principles and practices. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Candidate Experience Supervisor will supervise and monitor team associates’ work production, identify opportunities to improve processes, and apply knowledge of the business and marketplace to advance organizational goals. They will plan and manage end-to-end activities and events, provide post-offer candidate support, offer specialized Tier 3 support, ensure team members work with accuracy, and maintain consistent candidate experiences. Additionally, the role involves preparing new hire resources, assessing activity effectiveness, gathering feedback, and providing metrics and data to support programs and strategies.
