Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 7 years of experience in partner management, with a strong preference for experience within the healthcare technology industry. Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and close material partnerships is essential, along with experience working with multiple partners and a comfort level in an entrepreneurial environment. Strong negotiation skills and experience developing business proposals are also required.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Partner Manager (Acute & Payer) will be responsible for supporting Senior Leaders in identifying and driving partnership opportunities, from initial ideation through deal closure. This includes collaborating with Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to support product launches and growth initiatives, as well as identifying and analyzing potential partnerships to contribute to business growth. The role will also involve leading investigations, developing business proposals, negotiating terms, and serving as the subject matter expert for new business lines within the Acute and Payer space, while functioning as an internal consultant on the product side.
