Marketplace Partner Manager

Position Overview

PointClickCare is seeking a strategic and collaborative individual for the role of Marketplace Partner Manager. This role involves managing relationships with healthcare technology and provider organizations that have integrated their solutions with the PointClickCare Senior Care platform. The Marketplace Partner Manager will engage with vendor partners in their assigned categories, guide them through certification and go-live processes, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success. This position requires strong collaboration skills, both externally with partners and internally with PointClickCare's cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic integration partners in assigned categories.
    • Introduce innovative ideas and new technologies into the Marketplace.
    • Drive and implement changes to how information is accessed and shared across the healthcare industry.
    • Gather valuable insights from vendor interactions to shape use case development in the Marketplace, considering customer demand and vendor capabilities.
    • Work closely with leadership to influence the strategy and direction of the Marketplace.
    • Utilize strong relationship management skills to understand how vendors fit within the broader Marketplace ecosystem.
    • Act as the voice of the partner internally and advocate for partner success through cross-functional efforts.
    • Contribute to the growth and development of the Marketplace model, a key component of PointClickCare's senior care strategy.
