Responsibilities

Update and maintain the applicant tracking system
Schedule interviews for candidates
Coordinate live interviews as they occur
Assist with managing recruiting tools and platforms
Contribute to the planning, improvement, and execution of the internship program
Support the overall recruitment strategy and process
