Candidates should have 8-12+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software or SaaS. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to understand and communicate to diverse technical and non-technical audiences, along with a penchant for technology creativity and leadership skills. Experience in building and delivering field marketing covering campaigns, events, and digital is essential. Strong influencing skills and hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management are necessary, along with proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, and Wordpress. A good understanding of cloud infrastructure, cloud applications, data science, and analytics platforms is also required.
The Campaigns, Programs and Events Manager will lead and execute Go-to-Market strategies and integrated marketing programs, including multi-channel campaigns and events across a broad segment of customers. They will work with various functions to drive successful customer engagement and market awareness in Indonesia. The manager will engage and maintain direct alignment with Sales and SE teams regarding all pre/post event communications and marketing-driven campaigns. They will own and drive executions within budget, handle vendor management, and manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, and budget. Additionally, they will set goals, define metrics for each campaign, track program results, evaluate campaign impact and ROI, and report on campaign performance.
