  • Description: Place Exchange is transforming the OOH channel to be truly programmatic. We are seeking a Campaign Operations Associate to ensure the smooth operations of campaigns executed on our platform. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, data analysis skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities. You’ll be involved in preventing and resolving campaign issues, leveraging reporting to monitor performance, and communicating effectively across teams. This is a remote role with shift coverage spanning 9AM to 6PM EST.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in digital advertising (programmatic media experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience using data to solve problems (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Looker, SQL)
  • Customer service oriented approach
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing effectively
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales and Client Success to prevent and resolve pre- and post-launch campaign issues.
  • Handle inbound requests comprehensively.
  • Leverage reporting to proactively monitor campaign performance.
  • Timely escalation and follow-through to resolution on all issues outside of individual scope.
  • Frequent, consistent communication across internal and external teams.
  • Convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to processes and documentation on campaign setup, validation, and troubleshooting.
