Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic 360° marketing campaigns focused on Solo & Micro segments in Germany to drive measurable acquisition growth
  • Collaborate closely with central teams (Product Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, CRM, Partnerships, Sales) for coherent and effective campaigns
  • Steer paid channels with the central team by providing clear briefs, analyzing performance, and making strategic decisions
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of KPIs
  • Promote a creative and analytical approach by continuously exploring new channels and tactics to reach the target audience (Solopreneurs and Micro-enterprises)
