Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in campaign creation and management within a B2B SaaS organization, demonstrating experience building campaigns targeting commercial and enterprise clients. They must be able to construct, interpret, and communicate key campaign results to stakeholders, along with a strong understanding of digital channels and the interplay between paid and organic marketing strategies. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be capable of effectively managing a budget, allocating spend strategically, and optimizing campaigns based on performance data, and should be able to self-direct within a high-growth, rapidly changing environment, and have experience managing contractors and agencies.

Responsibilities

The Campaign Marketing Manager will ideate and build high-performing offers and campaigns for a variety of verticals and personas, supporting product launches and key events with integrated marketing efforts, and collaborating with the digital ads team to optimize offers across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, 6Sense, and more. They will stay abreast of the latest marketing modalities and capabilities, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of testing new mediums, and ultimately driving demand and accelerating pipeline growth.
