Requirements

  • Any Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field)
  • 7 to 11 years (or 8-12 years) of experience in CRM management, marketing automation, or customer engagement roles
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Dot Digital, Comarch)
  • Experience with campaign automation, segmentation, and customer journey mapping
  • Strong ability to analyze customer data, derive insights, and optimize targeting strategies
  • Knowledge of data protection laws, spam regulations, and industry best practices
  • Strong project management skills, including Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing end-to-end project lifecycles, and leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in content authoring, digital content development, solution design, and content lifecycle management
  • Proven experience leading CRM campaigns, developing customer segmentation strategies, and optimizing engagement initiatives
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in large enterprise or consumer-focused businesses (advantageous in retail, energy, financial services, or e-commerce sectors)
  • Core competencies: strategic thinking, collaboration & communication, problem-solving, attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, develop, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Lead cross-functional teams in managing large-scale content initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including stakeholder alignment, resource management, and quality assurance (QA)
  • Develop and implement data-driven CRM strategies
  • Create and manage marketing relationships and campaigns with customers
  • Handle customer journey management, email, mobile, social, web personalization, advertising, content creation and management, and data analysis
  • Use custom scripting languages to personalize landing pages, create applications, construct cross-channel templates or layouts
  • Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Align business objectives with technology strategies to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Deliver clear, engaging, and user-centric content solutions that meet business goals
  • Troubleshoot campaign or system issues and ensure high accuracy in campaign execution, testing, and reporting
