Candidates must possess customer service experience, preferably in a call center or client-facing environment, and demonstrate excellent spoken English with strong comprehension, fluency, and a pleasant phone demeanor. Patience, empathy, and active listening skills are essential, and prior experience in the US healthcare system is considered a strong plus, with familiarity with ABA therapy or behavioral health services being helpful. Basic computer proficiency, including MS Outlook and general Office applications, is required, along with being organized, self-motivated, and able to adapt to evolving tasks.
The Call Centre Client Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for potential clients, handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound follow-up calls to convert leads into clients, qualifying leads and passing them to the appropriate Intake Coordinators, assisting with receptionist-type duties such as answering general inquiries and providing a welcoming first point of contact, learning and eventually managing intake processes independently, maintaining accurate records and communication via Outlook and basic Office tools, and providing a positive, helpful, and professional first impression to all callers.
