Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one to two years of customer service experience, with preferred call center experience. They should demonstrate proficiency with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms, along with a strong understanding of Byram products and therapies.
The Customer Service Representative will answer high-volume inbound customer calls, make outbound calls to patients and sales teams as needed, troubleshoot and resolve patient issues utilizing available resources, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and perform other duties as required.
