Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a technology-compatible field or equivalent industry experience
  • 4-6 years of relevant IT experience preferably with experience in corporate functions in a multinational manufacturing company
  • Exposure to ITIL/Agile and/or other structured service management methodologies
  • Financial business acumen and experience in developing, consolidating, and managing appropriation requests, as well as following different financial approvals processes for funding internal projects
  • Excellent collaboration & communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously towards a goal (self-manages)
  • Experience in Project Management – PMP (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key IT players, internal teams, and stakeholders; serve as the primary liaison between IT and designated business units
  • Understand business requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with their needs; provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Oversee the execution of projects and initiatives; ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards; facilitate demand management, prioritization, and project initiation
  • Coordinate, collaborate, and lead on assigned topics with minimum guidance; interact across IT to implement solutions aligned with the Senior BRM for area Roadmap; create constructive relationships, influence, and communicate with multiple stakeholders
  • Track, summarize, document, and report on assigned topics; monitor progress and provide regular reports and updates
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking; raise awareness on potential risks, impediments, and dependencies; identify opportunities for process improvement, digital transformation, and innovation
  • Understand the scope of applications in the portfolio; assess the potential impact of technological changes (updates, upgrades, migrations, customizations) and ensure consistency and alignment with business strategy and predefined requirements
  • Identify and realize business benefits with business stakeholders; participate in projects delivering changes/new apps to create and implement functional solutions fulfilling predefined requirements or organizational necessities
  • Collaborate with Strategic Planning and Enterprise Architecture to drive enterprise alignment
