Requirements

Ability to drive strategy and continuous improvement across Source-to-Settle (STS) and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes and IT system solutions
Experience acting as a bridge between business and IT, translating business capability requirements into business cases and solutions
Capability to serve as end-user representative, stewarding initiatives and enterprise projects through governance, implementation, and ensuring business benefit
Skills in working closely with executives and business partners to understand process needs, co-create annual roadmaps with business value, and assist with investment prioritization and project delivery
Hybrid expertise as a strategist, project manager, and change agent for modernizing and optimizing global business processes
Knowledge of compliance standards, including quality, security, risk management, and SOX compliance

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement and innovation across key financial processes, primarily Source-to-Settle (STS) and Record-to-Report (RTR)
Assist in strategic planning, contributing a process excellence perspective to business strategy and ensuring alignment of systems and processes with business goals
Lead efforts to standardize, simplify, and optimize global processes, including benchmarking against industry best practices
Manage end-to-end business processes, including developing business cases, managing requirements, and overseeing program/project lifecycle from design to deployment and change management
Serve as primary liaison between business and IT, facilitating prioritization, communication, and expectation management
Ensure all process changes and improvements adhere to quality, security, risk management, and compliance standards such as SOX
