Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sr. Managers in the Global Manufacturing Electrical & SDV organization to organize and run the business including All People Meetings, events, and special assignments
  • Execute and improve internal business processes for the organization including a variety of special assignments
  • Support the development, execution, and tracking of the business planning strategy including the Level 2 Business Plan Deployment (BPD)
  • Develop and deliver presentations for all levels of leadership
  • Quantify the measurable impact of initiatives—such as cost savings, efficiency gains, and quality improvements—to clearly demonstrate alignment with strategic goals
  • Foster a forward-thinking, people-first work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software, manufacturing, and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations
