Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in consulting or corporate FP&A, supply chain, sales and operations planning, distribution/logistics, or procurement/sourcing. Experience with Tier 1-3 ERPs, Finance Governance tools, CPM technologies, Supply Chain Management applications, or Data Visualization & Analysis solutions is required, as is experience with procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, or record-to-report processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical rigor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and adaptability to dynamic work environments.

Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will advise clients on optimizing people, process, and technology, focusing on areas such as business process design, technology automation, finance transformation, supply chain improvement, and working capital enhancement. They will partner directly with clients to deliver high-quality projects, conduct research and analysis on financial, supply chain, operations, and accounting issues, and develop client-facing deliverables. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with project teams, managing workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing coaching to junior team members.
