Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in Partner/Channel Operations, demonstrating a strong analytical background and an operational mindset. They should have expertise in business applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Tableau, and Clari, along with excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills. A self-starter with detail-oriented capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is also required, as well as curiosity and a willingness to constantly improve the partner experience and internal processes.
The Senior Business Partner will be responsible for day-to-day operations supporting the CrowdStrike partner ecosystem, including forecasting bookings and managing the opportunity pipeline. They will partner with Alliances leaders to provide data-led insights into trends and opportunities, manage partner program integrity, advise on process enhancements, and participate in QBRs. This role will also involve investigating and resolving commissions issues, participating in the annual planning process, implementing new processes, training the shared services team, and participating in partner account planning. Furthermore, they will identify opportunities to optimize and streamline processes, align with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a seamless CrowdStrike experience for partners.
