Responsibilities

The Business Operations Specialist will monitor Traba's daily operations live, ensuring flawless execution of shifts and proactively troubleshooting issues. They will coordinate closely with Territory Operations Managers to understand customer needs and shape operations accordingly, provide excellent worker experience, resolve support issues promptly, and communicate effectively with workers. Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate worker clock-in/clock-out times, identifying opportunities to improve processes and tooling, supporting worker-vetting initiatives, helping build standard operating procedures, learning and mastering internal systems, and assisting with worker onboarding and platform usage. The role also involves supporting with forward-filling and handling complex user-facing issues, and ensuring workers understand the Traba app.
